Ya it sucks ass those no doubt about it, but if im going to be miserable might as well go all out and kill those bitches ASAP! People suffer through those candida diets for years when you they could get the yeast back down to normal levels 10x faster by just biting the bullet. You get rid of it this way then take a 50b probiotic and candex daily and assuming your not eating like a complete idiot I would be shocked if you had problems again. Tweet
