also don't forget the amazingly powerful hot-cold water therapy. You can do it right in your shower: just go from very hot but tolerable water to as cold as you can make it. Shout, scream, cry, jump up and down, express whatever you feel, just do it for 1 minute then go back to hot water and relax, do it for 1 minute then go back to cold water. Do this for 6 or 7 rounds and I guarantee you it will lift ANY depression... because Depression is simply stuck energy and hot/cold water therapy will definitely move something :)
