Yikes 14! That should be a crime. I only have 4 big ones, removing tomorrow and Tuesday! I haven't had any real issues until about 5 years ago when they started crumbling and decaying (they are almost 25 years old, the FDA rates them "good" for 10 years I found out).
After chelating myself I'm going to turn my attention to my daughter (getting the hair tests done for her). I like to pay things forward - I've gained SO much knowledge on this site.
Also don't forget your d3, magnesium, and selenium. Very important! You can get selenium in brazil nuts if you're trying to get from foods. I use a product called "natural calm" for magnesium citrate. It's Sugar free, yeast free, nothing artificial and uses stevia to sweeten. You can also get magnesium oil to use topically. I use this mainly to supplement my kid, you just mix in water or juice and it tastes pretty good.
