thanks so much that is such a compliment ..you have me crying...this has been a life long battle...i have always since probally 5th grade been the fat kid, overweight chunky how ever you want to say it...this past year i but on 20 to 30 pounds of the weight i lost...which was at 100 lbs...my goal is to get that off so i can reduce the impact of the weight on my joints so i can be healthy and run , i also want to get back in the clothes i have that no longer fit from last summer, and i want to lean out the fat to reduce my chances of heart attack, stroke and cancer like the rest of my family...i so dont want to be a twig or a super model i just want to be in my healthy range around 160- 170 lbs not over 200 ...and i cant find the way to get there i keep hitting road blocks
