Re: Female stuff

I really feel with you WW; this was much of the same what I had before Iodine & co.
When it comes to the female stuff; this is what helped me the most (I became resistant to all anti-fungals, after having used them for 5 years);

step 1. wet your finger, dip it in baking soda mixed with a little clay and water, insert in vagina, rotate your finger to cover as much as possible of the inside wall. You wont need much.
Usually this clear vaginal candida within 2 hours. All itching gone and the vagina will start to produce a clear, soothing fluid.

step 2. IMPORTANT. After a couple of hours, insert a mixture of borax, water and Iodine + a couple of drops of lavender / tea tree oil (I found that a 50-50 mixture of these two worked the best, and are soothing)
The reason why this step is important is that the baking soda is way to alkaline for the vagina, and may bring forth a bacterial infection instead, I learned by doing.
This step cover candida, bacteria of all kind.

Ps you may use boric acid instead but I have never tried it myself, so I cant advice you how. In that case I believe you can cancel step 3

step 3. 1-2 hours after step 2 or overnight. Insert an acid of some kind. I liked aloe gel best; the kind with no additives in. Moutain rose has a good one. Other options are ACV or the acid bacteria capsules made for this purpose. All three works.

All steps needs to be repeated weekly or so. This is only a way of fixing temporarily, it is not a cure. The cure needs to come from within. But the symptoms is hard to live with, and a better to treat them way than medications IMO.

I would take some internal borax, but if it is to drying you need to pull back the dosage or take it only 2-3 times a week. A little goes a long way.
I have the same reaction to DE, so I know what you mean.

The mixture in step 2; borax-iodine-water and essential oil can be used on skin fungus. I find it very soothing, but again if it is to drying it may not be the right one for you.

Have you tried ozonated olive oil? it is great to use on tampons if dryness during periods, and has some candida killing qualities, can also be used on your skin (but doesnt smell very good)
