Nodules on thigh muscle....any ideas?

OK this is strange one......I have been diagnosed with strongyloides and currently receiving treatment for it....ok the 7th course...so its not going too well.

I suffered a re-infection some 4 months ago thru steroid treatment. Body rashes and itching is driving me mad. I have four distinct types of rashes etc

1) Urticaria on thighs and torso during the day. this dissappears early evening
2) Small postules on my back between shoulder blades 24 hours aday
3) sporadic itching /stinging for about 10 seconds every few minutes, anywhere on the body between 11pm and 3 am at night.
4) some nights,itchy/burning spots on soles of feet and palms of hands that drive me mad and send me to the freezer for bags of frozen veg to cool them down.

You try sleeping with that lot going on....

Anyway to make it worse I have some nodules/lumps on thigh muscles that during this re-infection and also during treatment seem to come alive periodically and itch and buzz. sometimes they look almost blue thru the flesh. otherwise these have been entirely sensation free for the past decade.
I am worried that they contain a parasite. I am on heavy doses of Ivermectin at the moment and it just seems to be stirring these rashes and nodules up!
There is a small possibility that the serology test that was positive for stronyloides could have been a cross reaction from a similar genus of hookworm....
Any thoughts on these rashes or lumps on my thighs. has anybody else experienced them and know the cause?
