I haven't really followed any specific diet. My diet has been nothing close to healthy for the last 2 months. I've been an emotional wreck! Wanted to do a fast as a jump start. Today i've been eating vegetables, and drank 3 liter of water. Still drinking though, extremely thirsty all the time. Tomorrow im planning to start. I'm a little scared and worried that i wont be able to finish it... also i'm worried about what diet i should be eating after to keep all the benefits. I was thinking to eat raw diet for the same amount of time which is 21 days. I know that i should probably do few days of juicing prior to eating anything at all after fast. I guess right now i need to focus on actually starting tomorow and going through with it...i cant imagine how hard it probably is. I never fasted before. have you? Any advice on how to make it a little easier?
