So, it's probably a combination then of a 'bug' or not enough in my stomach for the IF1. My meal was some almonds, seeds and dried cranberries and I felt 'full' anyway.
Yes, lesson learned on that one.
I dragged myself to my chiro and he tweaked the back and neck so at least that part feels better.
Then, I felt like what I really really wanted was a 7-up or something like that (I don't drink sodas), but the water I had been drinking was coming up, so I went quickly thru a drive thru and got one and that does feel a little better.
