I'm having a bit of relapse with adrenal/thyroid/hypoglycemia issues. I have not been tested for any of these but my guess is adrenals. I pulled thru this sometime ago and did great for quite awhile. I feel sure the recent stress issues and my poor choices of diet have gotten things started again. I have been reading about Maca root and thinking of giving it a try. I am using Ashwaganda and cherry acerola in my superfood I get from Uny. I also want to add some fresh flax seed and was wondering if these are good choices. I do take lots of oil thru out the day. Olive oil with my meals seems to help keep the blood Sugar issues under control. I'm still having to eat every 1 1/2 - 2 hours. It is a pain and I'm really sick of eating!! Hopefully I will get back on track here I won't let my diet slip again. This is miserable!!!
