Regarding the comparison with a shower I would say that it is totally different in terms of efficiency and I don't know why it is the second time that I have heard that lips should not get wet but in the contrary, during a steam session, they have to get wet, precisely !

As I said, I think that HEAT and HUMIDITY can not be split, both are really necessary in this treatment and that is why it is very more efficient than taking a shower.

This steam has a hightest quality than the one in a shower. As I said, the HEAT factor is truly important and on this point, the shower steam is much more less efficient than the treatment steam.

Grossly, it is as if you are comparing the effects of a veritable 'steam room' and the ones of a shower.

The steam is more hot and of course because if you were taking a shower with the water of the steam room you would probably get heavily burned. Of course, the steam is always less hot than the water where it comes from.

I would say that the heat of the shower steam is very not warm enough. I don't say that you would not get cured by using this shower steam, but certainly by taking very much more time. Tweet
