I decided to give this a try today because it's so easy. I did it 3 times and what I noticed is the effect is VERY similar to what happens when you take a shower. The white patch is exposed and more easily visible (kind of like when it gets wet in the shower). What I'm wondering, Vanuk, is how is this different from taking a shower aside from the frequency? do you think it's just because they don't get wet that this would constitute efficient healing? I'm totally with you on the heat and humidity thing because it makes sense on the surface. I consider this a "wound" of sorts and I think that increasing blood circulation would theoretically promote healing, but then again who knows with this condition.
