I can't quite remember everything. I am sure about 1600 IU or 1200 of vitamin E, 3,000 mgs of Carlson fish oil, perhaps pantethine or maybe not. More than likely pantothenic acid 1200 mgs or so and a B -50 complex 1-3 times a day. As the pregnancy progresses I started taking raspberry leaf tea. I believe I read it's not good to take in the beginning but safe in the middle and on. Eleuthero is also something I believe I took.

It's really nice that you have been able to make improvements and almost wean off the licorice. I still need it. I like Cordyceps as well.
