Question for experienced Flushers
Hello. I need some advice from someone who is experienced in liver flushing... I started doing the flushes last Oct and since then I have done 6 flushes. I was doing them every 3 weeks and then the last couple I have waited a little longer between flushes. After the 3rd flush (in the beg of Dec) I developed rashes on my legs and arms. I assumed they were candida rashes, so about a month ago I started trying to put different antifungals and stuff on them with bandaids (I know I can't believe I did it), and now they have spread LIKE CRAZY. I have itchy spots everywhere, all over my stomach and legs and back and arms. They also get oozy sometimes and crusty.
The original ones ended up getting a secondary infection and the dr said it was an allergic reaction and wanted to put me on steroids. I said no way, so then she gave me a hydrocortisone cream, which made me sick as heck too!! I have been putting calendula cream on them, which is helping a little, but no where near getting rid of them. It is sooo painful and itchy and terrible!
I have also been feeling like total crap lately, totally spaced out/brain fog, nauseous, etc. I am confused now if I should do another flush, or wait because maybe I was doing to much detoxing too fast?
I have been doing
Andreas Moritz 's flush and was using malic acid for the preparation, but next time I will be trying ACV since the malic acid makes me really sick too. In his book he does not recommend waiting a super long time between flushes, but I don't want to overdo it.
Please help!!
