OK, but fiber isn't a scam, its fiber from oats or Psyllium that is the scam. Many water soluble fibers exist that can be taken in large enough amounts without carbs to make a difference.
Benefiber in Canada used a special method on Guar Gum. It worked so well that they had to change the formula to the US formula. Cant have a major corporation supply a product that works, that is verboten!
As regular users began to complain about the new formula the answer from the masters was that they supply dietary fiber not fiber for heart issues..
Meanwhile the original formula is supposedly available again but I muscle tested it against a little of the real stuff I had left and it failed.
