I want to make some buckwheat and rice bran muffins for breakfast :) but I'm not really sure if rice bran is OK. I've been on a strict and I mean *strict* diet since November of last year, so I don't want to "undo" any progress I've made. But I'm down to 105 lbs and I'm 5'6. That's 25 lbs underweight, no good. That's why I've been trying to incorporate some healthy grains and flours. Thanks in advance.
