Tried Seriphos

Hello everyone,

I tried Seriphos for the first time and I wanted to report on it. I originally had bought it because of my sleep disturbances. The night before last I took it before bed, and it kept me awake, my mind was wide awake, no heart thumping though...I suppose thats my pituitary kicking into gear? When I did sleep, I slept ok, not long, but ok. I stayed in bed till around 11 then had to get up for work.
While at work ( I am a waitress, probably the WORST job to have for this condition)I took one at 230pm, and a half hour later I was mentally calm, in an SSRI kind of way, I was just shrugging things off that normally would have made me want to kill people for. And I was alert and not tired, even though I have been sleeping HORRIBLY for weeks, months, even my face and eyelids seemed to have lifted somewhat...and I felt good, even though I should have felt like death, which I have become quite accustomed to. At around 6 I started feeling bitchy and heart racy again so I popped another one... went back to feeling great again. Once I got home, I didnt want to take another one because of the previous nights restlesness, and indeed still couldnt sleep till 4am, then took an ashwaganda and did sleep ok till about 10. Not enough sleep, but better. Woke up tired, as usual.
It is now noon, and I took one this am at 11, since it seems to be kicking some other hormones into gear and I dont have to work tonight so I will just let it do its thing and see if maybe my hormones will "normalize"?? Is this wakefulness and mental clarity just because things are finally working again? Will things eventually calm down? The cortisol is definitely lowered but every thing else is in overdrive... I really just want to sleep.
