As Smitho wrote beware of using ALA if you still have Amalgam fillings. Doing this will almost certainly cause a net movement of mercury *into* the brain.

You can most likely very easily reduce high copper supplements and diet in a few months without ALA.

The bigger question is whether the high copper is due in part to problematic levels of mercury? If so, the Hg is likely causing problems in the excretion of a list of other toxins and causing many other problems.
