 Here are a few other things that are really helping me.

It basically protects from the stress caused by EMF exposure.  Completely free after you buy some products such as an earthing ankle strap.
Buteyko Breathing.
This retrains your breathing so you don't subconsciously hyperventilate.
A little hard to learn, but well worth it.   Stress leads to hyperventilation and hyperventilation leads to stress.  Buteyko breaks this cycle.
Reminerilzing your body.  Magnesium oil is great, calcium.
To be sure, a Tissue Mineral Analysis is a great way to see what you are deficient in .  
Copper toxicity is also a problem.  This is a great book on stress, copper and adrenal fatigue.
Lots and lots of meditation helps. Twice per day.  Before breakfast and a couple of hours after your evening meal. This is a good book to start with.

You want to learn mindfulness meditation or Insight meditation.  This teaches you to watch your emotions and thoughts, so you can catch yourself getting angry, worrying, etc.

All the negative emotions cause stress and make you worse.  Anger, greed, envy, pride.
