You have 'no fatigue', and extreme collagen loss. This doesn't sound like High Copper, it sounds like unavailable copper, or low copper. Most likely, unavailable.
Have you had any hormone tests done? Adrenal Saliva for cortisol, or perhaps more importantly (in your case) a full Thyroid panel? Had a Hair Mineral analysis?
If you read the site 'ithyroid' you can see how copper/zinc ratios can cause Hyper/Hypo Thyroid symptoms - this may give another clue toward your copper status.
You wrote that you think you have collagen loss taking Zinc?
How do you actually feel after the Zinc?
Have you tried taking chelated Copper, if so how did you feel then?
What exactly are your symptoms??
Seems you are not experiencing anything typical of 'Adrenal Fatigue'.
