I just got my hair analysis back. My copper is sky high! Right at the top of their chart
6.9 (reference range = 0.9 - 3.9)
I did it through Anne Louise Gittleman. She use Trace Elements.
Back is 2008, I had hair analysis done and my copper was not high. It was probably hidden toxicity as per her book.
But I've been eating a low copper and high zinc diet for about 5 months and it looks like it is no longer hidden. This is just how she describes it in the book.
Also my potassium is low. So I guess I'm past the stage of retaining potassium. Guess I can start eating bananas again!
My sodium is just barely within the reference range. (close to low)
My magnesium and calcium are right in the middle of the reference range. I've been taking both for about a year.
My Strontium is high...off the chart. I take 560 mg of Strontium per day to help with my bones. (Strontium is proven to increase bone density) It is helping by the way. I has severe bone ache on e year ago.
I'm feeling good in so many ways. I think I am finally pulling out of this. I'm sure lowering my copper is going to be a big help too.
