Re: Sugar and fruit loops.Definitions simple.
you said fruit lacks those amino acids. you didn't say they 'are lacking in..' or 'are deficient', you said they lack them, which implies they have none or some according to the definition of lack, in can be interpreted in two ways, the most common way this is used is to mean none, so don't pretend you never said something that you said just a few posts ago. and you were wrong.
fruit being low in protein is true, yet again you overlook how meaningless this is since a lot of protein is not necessary, plus, even if it was, animal foods which can be eaten with fruit (even just 20% of the total diet being animal foods) will give more than enough protein.
"Sugar as in high blood sugar is a osmotic diuretic effect on the human experience."
That is one reason why big meals are bad, and especially with high sugar meals, they should be small and spread out to prevent high blood sugar.
"Reading is fundamental and definitions serve a purpose."
Thank you Mr. Obviously Ironic, so how come you use terms like 'lack' which mean either totally absent or deficient in something when talking about delicate health matters, why not use one of the easily more clear terms or phrases?
Furthermore why would you even mention that fruit lacks in those 3 amino acids in the first place as it has absolutely no relevance to anything in this thread?
"Moderation does not mean dangerous."
Of course moderation doesn't mean dangerous. When someone tells you to eat something in moderation, it implies that eating it not in moderation would be bad. Bad implies danger. do you see how obvious it is that these two are connected yet don't mean the same thing in a dictionary? Really, this is so freaking simple.
