about thyme essential oil i've read that can be caustic and it is not recommended using more than 5 days without stop, is it true?

also i've read to use the essential oils internally no more than 2 to 3 drops/4 times a day, and mixed with olive oil, honey or foods

if i mix them with olive oil which would be the amounts? 3 drops (essential oil) x 20 drops (olive oil)?
