At first, not knowing or even conceiving that I had parasites, I ate about 2 cloves diced up with some raw red onion 3x daily. I did not chew (ewwww) it, I diced it up and added to a spoonful of plain unsweetened yogurt, and swallowed and flushed with water. Never tasting it. On the fourth day worms came out.
Now, I can eat 3-4 cloves 5x daily without it phasing me, I don't need anything to buffer it. Before, it made me kinda nauseous but now, it has no effect except I smell pretty bad and my health improves.
