Now that you have actually listed the vague reference to these amino acids and we know what you're talking about, it turns out you're flat out wrong in the first place as almost all fruit contains all three of those amino acids.

Again, you are connecting a sugary diet to the ill effects of sugar when really it's the fast pace people eat these sugary foods. There can be no conclusive evidence that sugar is bad because all the studies have not taken this factor into consideration, it would be exactly the same as if 100 studies came out tomorrow saying nobody should drink water because studies and gurus have connected water to death or illness when they gave people way too much water per day to be healthy, of course this will happen, but this doesn't mean water is unhealthy. Until people use common sense in their lifestyles and in studies we cannot believe that fats magically cause cancer in themselves, sugar magically causes diabetes, and water magically causes water intoxication, without them explaining that dosages and frequency play a huge role in the toxicity of ALL substances.

By the way, you said fruits should be used in moderation, why can't we not use them in moderation? because it's implied, by you, that it's dangerous to do so. If not, why would you even say this?
