what do you mean highly coveted aromatic amino acids, what matters is if amino acids are essential amino acids and these are included in fruit and other foods like animal foods to create a balanced diet. it does not matter how much someone covets something in your opinion or what someone else says is important, it matters what is scientifically important - essential amino acids are one example, if the coveted amino acids you're vaguely referencing are essential amino acids you'll be happy to know they are completely covered by fruits and you could eat 80% fruits and 20% animal food and get all of your nutritional needs easily, without 'moderating fruit'.. of course, fruits should be consumed slowly to prevent blood
Sugar spikes and harm to the body, but this doesn't mean they need to be consumed in moderation or be considered dangerous.

in the same way, ignorant people will tell others that water is dangerous because drinking too much water can kill you, well, just about anything in excess can kill you, including sugars from fruits or other places, that doesn't really mean anything though as an overdose of the 'three highly coveted aromatic amino acids' and nothing else would also act as a poison, the body needs balance.
there are of course some foods that you couldn't realistically get a
Sugar spike from, but could still easily get sick or die by overconsuming it, and if you didn't then eventually you would get a bad elevated blood
Sugar level from continual eating of it.
as far as your opinion goes, if you were trying to come up with the most idiot proof diet that allowed people to pig out in an unnatural carnivore manner eating huge meals all the time then the no sugary foods bit is sound, however for everyone with half a brain, they can simply learn the whole truth and eat correctly as well as choose better foods..
by the way here's a list of things we should NEVER consume because it has the potential to kill us if in the wrong concentration or amount!
