Hi, I have major insulin resistance problems. I actually think I was confusing insulin crashes and adrenal crashes for 10 years. Its interesting how my arl hair analysis picked up my low blood Sugar issues.
Its when I stared to follow their diet and their supplemnts that my crashes stopped.( Ok I don't use their supplemenst but use similar) I increased my manganese to about 40mg a day and it made a huge difference.Manganese has big role to play in carb metabalism.
At the same time cut out all simple carbs and went low carb for a month. Now I am eating complex carbs. The difference overnight on my adrenls was huge. I also stopped crashing. I thought they where adrenal crashes, but they must have been some type of hypoglycemic crash.
My insulin resitance is feeling much better, I don't have the low blood Sugar swings I was having. I have been very strict on the diet and the supplements though.
