Before I had a biopsy and found to be celiac, my diet consisted of the very best whole grains and lots of legumes. I loved these foods so much that they were in my diet daily. Eventually it all caught up with me.
Passing out daily from stomach pain was enough to send me to the G.I. and even though I removed the wheat I never removed the legumes. I'm having problems again and I'll know soon if I have leaky gut, but until then I am back to making fermented vegetables.
