It has replies from Chrisb1 and Fonty that provide useful guidance. Loosie doesn't appear to have found an answer over the last 4 years other than an indication in her posts that successive short fasts reduced the intensity of other symptoms.
If you're not already, prepare for your fast over two weeks by gradually reducing quantity and density of the foods you eat. For example, cut out the cooked foods and start eating plenty of easily digested fruits and (not at the same meal as fruit) salads of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, Celery and sweet peppers then towards the last few days taper it down to juices so that when you start fully abstaining from food, it's not such a shock to the system.
