How much chlorella and cilantro were you taking and how often? What brands were you taking?
From the recent disaster in Japan, I am hesitant to touch ANY chlorella coming from near the Japanese vicinity, let alone the ocean. So much is contaminated nowadays with arsenic and a bunch of toxic stuff. Jarrow' Yaeyama chlorella comes from the coast of Japan and it a best seller but after the nuclear meltdown that is STILL going on, I wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole.
I did see that the Chlorella by New Chapter is 100% organic and produced in labs with a controlled environment and New Chapter is a company that I trust. Their stuff is top quality. Might want to check that out. I believe the specific sp. of chlorella may be different so I'm not sure. Dr. Klinghardt also suggests a very specific type of chlorella but chlorella is tricky to find the best brand with stringent safety protocols.
I'd love to know the brand of cilantro (unless you ate raw) that you used? I want to not use raw cilantro as it is impossible to perfectly gauge the amount.
