Yea, this is why was hesitant to describe my chelators. I've read the Cutler literature and used what resonated with me. I do know that when I was herxng badly, a glass of powdered chlorella made me feel better in about 20 minutes.
We'll have to agree to disagree.


As far as zinc and SE - have been taking for years. Mag daily as well, in several forms.

Exhaustion was more like the collapse on the couch with no will to get anything done-type. Funny you mention hiking because I hike a lot. But it would throw me into a tailspin, I suspect adrenal issues were involved as well.
