Sure sounds like a classic case of mercury. Glad to hear about the improvement.
Temperature and fatigue sound like they could be due to Hg's effects on endocrine system. Cuter has a huge amount of information on that in Amalgam Illness book.
Is the "fatigue" exhaustion as if you were hiking in the mountains or that you feel glued to the sofa, somewhat mentally foggy and so have a hard time getting anything done? I suppose you don't know if you have any reason to think cadmium might also be involved. The hair test can sometimes provide clues here. Many members of chelation groups use this online library of hair tests. http://livingnetwork.co.za/chelationnetwork/hairtest/hairtest3/
I bet some selenium plus tyrosine would work well along with some Iodine but there is probably no need for high doses of I. When a person has an Hg problem, Se is so important, much more so than I--no time to explain the chemistry now. Se + tyrosine have been helping me for years with cold hands and poor motivation. This is one product I've used. http://www.wellnessresources.com/products/thyroid_helper.php
You sound like you'd benefit from Mg and Zn. They are among the basic supplements for Hg detox in the Cutler system.
