Hello, Yes I am fasting. Carrot and
Celery sometimes apple in morning.
Green juices midday - carrot base
Carrot, beet, celery, cucumber, lettuce, kale, alfalfa sprouts, cilantro, lemon and parsly dinner
Lots of water, herbal teas, applecider vinegar 2tsps in full glass of water( Braggs )
2tsps, Milk thistle concentrate
Apple juice straight when I want sweet
Also taking chia seed - 2tbls for fiber and omega 3 every 2 days
