You have to always keep in mind that your post is to all to see and I always answer in general and not specific and I never know all the facts and many do repost and state some more facts that makes the puzzle more clear.

None the less the Birth Control pills taken for any reason are a problem that does not just go away because you quit them. Harsh words are never really meant to be harsh, but the results or effects of what allot of people do end up causing problems that can cause lifelong problems or death and that becomes a harsh reality.

"IF" you read the 108 page booklet you will get my ideas, it saves me from re-writing over and over. RAW MONO DIET is simple, no fancy recipes needed, throw away your cook stove/micro wave food destroyers and forget your kitchen all the contraptions that enslave you.

ALL God's Foods need no help other than to peel and eat. You can use a refridgerator or freezer and a sink to wash the food and a knife to cut with and cutting board, everything is opptional and the more you prepare the food, the harder it will be to digest it.
