Sorry about the digestive woes you are going through. I was in the same boat at one time. I was running to the bathroom 3 or 4 times a day, pretty much after eating, and never had much energy as a result. I still have gut troubles today, but not nearly as bad as i used to. What helped me was cutting wheat out of the diet and taking a few supplements like fish oil and vitamin D3.
