You might be passing mucous (which is visible) and you might be breaking up biofilms... but biofilms are microscopic and naked to the eye. You wouldn't see it in your stool.

These enzymes work on biofilms by degrading the polysaccharides and other complexes that make up the "network." (biofilm)

In regards to the tapeworm. Do you feel you've beaten it?
I've taken Zymex II i the past and got some MAJOR ammonia release. I'm hoping it was from digesting a tapeworm.
