Re: How do you test Magnesium Sulfate (epsom salt) tolerance levels?

Thanks for your replies!

I read that information here on curezone:

//www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/epsom_salt_and_liver_flush.asp

Yes it is rare but there is a possibility, also I am quite sensitive recently.
I think the improper Liver Flush made my Sugar tolerance worse..even a couple rolls of brown bread gave me some slight symptoms..
In addition I feel the gallbladder issue more under my right rib than ever before (as I feared!).

I ordered some Epsom Salts online so hopefully they arrive soon and are not contaminated or contain other substances. The ones I bought were bath salts because I could not find them in a pharmacy in Japan...

I will test a little bit as MENDOMAID has suggested.

Am I correct in thinking it is 4 tablespoons (non heaped/leveled) of Epsom Salts and not teaspoons?
