I thought water fasts were supposed to be dangerous. Is that not so?
I found a great recipe yesterday for nut yogurt. I made it with almonds. You take a cup of any kind of nut, one cup of water and maple syrup to your liking and blend it so it's creamy. Then you let it sit for 8 hours, I'm not sure what happens to it, but you wait and then eat. I made it last night, it's pretty great. I'll try pumkin seeds next time.
