It may seem strange, but I simply must have text in book form (preferably hardback) if it is available, even if it ends up costing me many times more than .pdf files would. There is a rather exciting air of intrigue around the viewing, holding, opening and studying of a book, an air that files can never have. If I am able to free a little space on my credit card then I shall cancel my Amazon order and duly order from Restore Body, as I feel waiting until Christmas has passed to receive my copy is excessive to say the least! Thank you for your comments once again…and I have one last question (for now), if I may: must the study guide be purchased, and if so, from where? I cannot see it listed on the Restore Body site, but I may well be missing something.
