I'm a professional herbologist. So, I want to be as tactful as possible. But I don't pull punches, either. Please, bear with me.
First, let me begin by saying that you will not succeed on your present path since the degree of your problem cannot be fixed with mere daily diet change. I understand, too, your frustration. I'm empathetic. However, I've found after 40+ years of experience, that you can drastically change your diet with the right combination of herbs. (Supplements other than herbal, are not compatible with human tissue. So, I suggest staying off all vitamin pills no matter how natural the manufacturer says they are.)
Are you in a city? You need to get a pulse diagnosis from a bonafide Chinese herbalist. Then, take the herbal prescription that he gives you and get it filled by a chinese dispensary. That's the best you can do.
If I could go over a questionnaire with you, I'd be able to make better suggestions. Two things come to mind: You've damaged some organs over the years. Also, you do exhibit much signs of both deficiency and excess. Probably yin deficiency and low levels of infection on the blood level, both acute and chronic.
