I've posted here before about my only "side effect" of doing coffee enemas: trapped painful gas many hours later. That is often stubborn about coming out. Many times I'm at work and I bloat up :( I just hate it! I usually do my ce's everyday.
Well I've been dying to get back into working out. I haven't since I started my job well over a year ago. When you struggle with pain from fibromyalgia,waitressing is hard enough. I work 4 nights a week,so I do lots of recovering in between time. And recovering is being a wife and a mom. You moms know how that goes. Exhausting!!! I decided to do the smart thing and start SLOW. Which is unlike me,lol. I usually pull out my old dvds and weights and hit it hard only to be in severe pain,stop and don't get anywhere health wise :/ So I decided try out yoga! Always sounded interesting! I went on YouTube and found "Yoga for dummies" lol. I've done it everyday for a whole week and WOW just WOW!! I crave it everyday. My progress in stretching is moving so rapidly. My back has hurt a lot this week but I know its not a bad pain. It's just not use to be stretched so thoroughly. I'm really not going over board with it. Anyways,I haven't had any issues with trapped gas or bloating!! I have had some of the odorless gas that I know is the same as usual but it just comes right out,no pain or bloating. I'm really going to try and keep up with this. I've just been fitting it into my daily health routine. Maybe in a few weeks,I will seek out some more challenging yoga and maybe after that,pilates...so if anyone else has this problem,they might want to consider. Exercise and stretching !! ~eme
