Vunk, I certainly understand your frustration, but you must work hard to not let this illness completely destroy your quality of life and well being. Easier said than done, I know. However, taking care of yourself emotionally is one of the many keys to getting a handle on your condition.
What have you tried so far? Are you still applying ointments and balms? If so, I'd suggest you stop everything. I've been ointment/balm-free for 3 months and have experienced slow, but steady progress. Also, have you tried acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)? I'm one month into my TCM treatment and am beginning to see results. How about a counselor who can teach you guided imagery techniques? This has helped me manage my frustration and negative thoughts when it comes to this condition. If you want to heal, you have to first believe healing is possible. Lastly, consider starting a new hobby to keep your mind of your condition - this will give you some well needed relief!
