For brom, experienced odor transfer from right to left underarm or vv

I am quite puzzled by this. Many times both my underarms smell but there were instances when only my right underarm smells, then after a few hours without doing anything, the odor is transferred to my left. Sometimes, my left always smell for a week or two, none at my right then my right would smell for another week or two and none at my left.

This makes me think that the odor is really coming from the inside or something internal triggers it cos how could the odor transfer to the other side without me doing anything. The bacteria could always be in my skin but without the sweat to break down, it wouldn't smell. As the general theory suggests, it could be my diet or the appocrine secretion which is the culprit. I read somewhere that the ratio of appocrine glands between people with brom and those without is .8 to .08.

I've already started on a healthy Diet and if I could have my appocrine removed, I really hope the odor would go.
