Anyone had surgery for brom? Laser and sweat glands removal or other methods

I had laser treatment and sweat glands aspiration a month ago. It costed about US$700 but it did not help a bit. They said it would reduce at least 50% of the odor but did not deliver as advertised. The doctor did show me what were removed from my armpit though I dont really know what they were. He said those are sweat glands and fats. To me, they're mostly blood with some oil yet I couldn't really tell what they were.

After a month from the surgery, i am still suffering some pain and numbness in my underarms. It's bearable yet I am still not back to normal.

I don't know if the doctor was not just very good in doing it or my brom is not caused by appocrine glands secretion. From my observation, my brom is localized, it's only in the underarm area, hence, it's probable that it's the appocrine that's causing it. If that's the case, then maybe the doctor did not just do it well.

Anyone had success from surgery? Pls share your experience. I am still thinking of re-doing it if I have the money. I don't see a way out with topical applications or other medicinal intake. I want to get to the root of this problem. If it's really the appocrine glands that's causing it, then i would do everything to have it removed. Appreciate your comments. Thank you.
