What does your diet consist of? Would you be willing to share what you ate yesterday (or on any typical day) and how much you ate of each item?
It could be that a diet that used to work in the past no longer works because your health has declined over time. In fact Body Odor can be the first major symptom of declining health.
The other thing is that negative emotions like fear and anxiety will drain your health, making the Body Odor worse.
You might want to try effective microorganisms (EM), both as a nutritional supplement and topically on parts of your skin that smell bad. EMs have a strong deodorizing property, as the digest organic material that smells bad. I take them, but also use them to deodorize my compost bucket and as an air freshener.
