When I was taking Clarkia I experienced what is known as die off. For ME, that included severe depression, however, it passed. Since then I've gone through three bottles of MH's dewormer, which in my mind is the best, without side effects. (I have a tough case which is going to entail fasting while I do another parasite cleanse) You will learn to check your stool, and see what's coming out of you. For me it was like an alien circus, so prepare to be shocked. But remember everything comes out dead. Oh, you better be sure to be taking MH's lower bowel balance because you need to be eliminating properly, or the dead parasites will contaminate you more. I also used castor oil internally to boost the cleanse and that's when I saw tapeworms. Good luck! But don't be deterred by hopinso's message...the parasite cleanse is never a disaster for anyone, no one has ever been hurt by it. Tweet
