Im sorry but the more you try and cure your candida or parasites the more off balance your GI tract gets.. all these supplements can really make you feel like shi* your best bet is to add healthy foods to your diet.. candida is yeast..which everybody has in their body.. when that becomes unbalanced you feel unbalanced and sick.. try to figure out a balanced diet..dont cut out yeast TOTALLY
I myself cut out ALOT of shitty food products like pork, cold cuts, white bread ( I use flatbreads now) no rolls or grinder breads. Added oatmeal to diet for fiber and vegie burgers for fiber. ADD RAW GARLIC!
Destroy the bad yeast/bacteria and parasites slowly and overtime you will feel and look better...
I have actually noticed bad yeast in my stools exiting my body..
