Candex is a combination of enzymes that digest candida, as you said. It doesn't sound like taking CandiGone along with Candex should affect the Candex.

Me personally, however, I don't like taking anything together with Candex just because I am paranoid that some of the Candex will be wasted digesting something other than candida (and Candex isn't cheap). The only thing I take together with Candex is vitamin C sometimes.

As far as candida growing adaptive to Candex; in my experience that is not the case. For candida to grow adaptive to enzymes, it would have to grow 'armor' or something, which is obviously not realistic. I have been using Candex for almost a year now, down to two capsules in the morning, and it makes a huge difference in the condition of my bowel movements. The key is to drink enough water with each dose of Candex to allow it to work--ideally 10-12 oz with every two capsules. Tweet
