If it were ME -- I'd go back on WHATEVER food I can hold down... clear broth, homemade bone broth if you can manage it or have someone else make it. It might also be a good idea to start on some oregano oil and or Colloidal Silver to fight this stomach bug. It could be viral or parasite.
Are you sure it's a stomach virus? Can you get it checked out -- blood work, etc.? Might be a gall bladder attack or something else.
Activated charcoal can help with the gas too, you can open the capsules and make a slurry with water or juice. Can you still tolerate glutamate powder for your leaky gut? Slippery elm is good for soothing the stomach and intestines.
