I certainly think you're on the right track with the Vitamin D depletion. I was prescribed Vitamin D 50,000iu by a doctor May of this year because my levels were really low. I was supposed to go back and check them again but never got around to it, especially since I felt better after taking them, on top of changing my diet. Now I will for sure go back and check on it. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. How many MG of magnesium do you suggest I take? Do you know of any good brand?
How do I get this "Metametrix GI Effects test and panel #2105" done? Do I order it online, do I ask for it from my doctor, should I go see a Naturopath?
