Please help! Long list of medications, ulcerative colitis, spondylitis, candida overgrowth, klebsiella, I'm at my wits end!

I am 23 years old and male.
At age 13 I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which set me in hospital since 4 times in extreme, undescribable pain. Being a strong guy, I have been reduced to a trembling wreck in hospital due to complications of this disease.
At the age of 15 I started to see a lot of blood in the toilet after passing stools. I was diagnosed with severe ulcerative colitis and became very anemic. Spent another week in hospital.

The medications I have been on include:

More than 3 rounds of Antibiotics
High doses of IV corticosteroids ( Acne appeared up the sides of my body when I was on this, the dermatologist couldn't explain it).
High doses of steroids (prednisolone) for 6 weeks.
Laxatives
Codine
NSAID's
Selectric COX blocker NSAID's
Anti depressants
Benzodiazepine (for anxiety)
Beta blockers (for anxiety)
Tetracyclines
And mercaptopurine (an immunosupressant) for the last 8 years everyday.

Upon inspection, my tongue has had a white yellow coating for as long as I remember. I have had dark rings around my eyes for at least 10 years. I suffer brain fog a lot and my spondylitis and ulcerative colitis are pretty much constant things in my life, but they ALWAYS seem to flare up around December time, and I have no clue why.

I am studying nutrition at the moment and have implemented a no-starch diet. It is still early days, but the klebsiella theory of spondylitis seems likely to me, so I'm seeing how that goes.

The white coating on my tongue though also MAY indicate a systemic candida overgrowth. According to the 'spit test' I have a yeast infection, but I am not sure of the effiacy of that test, and I have not had any blood tests done for it. A hair mineral analysis test also pointed out 'fungus' as being my main bodies stressor.

In the past I have done a weeks juice fast (although I had a lot of fruit during this time), 2 weeks of blessed herbs bowel detoxification and cleansing which set me back hundreds of £ss! A liver cleanse, a raw diet for a few weeks and I still have this problem!

I take a high potency, practitioner grade multi vitamin and mineral everyday, along with a B complex, glutemine, slippery elm, digestive enzymes etc.

Taking into account all that I have said, could anyone offer me their ideas of what might be causing this? As I said, I'm testing out the no starch diet for klebsiella hoping itl help with my spondylitis, and I'm not completely sure I have a candida overgrowth but it's likely.

I am wondering whether I'd benefit from Bob Becks protocol as well as reducing the amount of Sugar in my diet. The klebsiella diet is just no starch, but allows simple sugars, but the problems could equally be caused just by candida! Argh, I'm really frustrated and at my wits end.

I am not keen on doing an extended juice fast again, esecially if it lacks fruit (which would feed candida) due to the minimal amount of calories. I don't want to look like a skeleton again as I did the last time I did 7 days of juice, and that INCLUDED fruit! Also, I go to the gym quite a bit and I do not want to send my body into ketosis due to muscle wastage and lack of protein. This also could in itself be mistaken for die off symptoms.

If anyone could please help I'd be very grateful. I really am at my wits end with this.
